Biking while intoxicated?

I carry my camera with me where ever I go in Manchester for the simple reason that I just never know what might catch my attention. Case in point:

I noticed this bike chained up to a tree outside the Norris Cotton Federal Building at 275 Chestnut St. this morning. But what made me stop was the bike's bottle holder, or more specifically, its contents:

Miller High Life. In a bicycle bottle holder. Outside of a federal building. Priceless.

That almost beats the open consumption of alcohol by members of our neighborhood watch during a watch meeting a few years ago, while police were present.

This is obviously an amateur. The professionals know the bottle cage should be installed on the seat tube to avoid spillage while pedaling.

Or better yet, Brian, he/she could just fill a Camelbak and not have to worry at all.
